Sub Unit Manager - Service Owner, Ikano Bank (Malmo / Glostrup)
Ikano Bank is transforming their IT Department and outsourcing to Cap Gemini. Service Management is a key part of the future Ikano IT operating model and IT organization and we are looking for a Sub Unit Manager - Service Owner to join the unit.
The Sub Unit Manager plays a key role in the change process in on boarding Cap Gemini and ensuring that the organization has the right capabilities to deliver services even in the long-term.
As a Sub Unit Manager - Service Owner you will be responsible of managing Ikano Bank IT Business Services by collaborating with business, internal IT, external service suppliers and service and end user stakeholders. You will have an end-to-end accountability of a collection of business services provided and manage them with a business holistic perspective. You will lead a team of 13 Service Managers that are managing Ikano Bank IT business services on a daily basis by collaborating with business, internal IT, external service suppliers and service end user stakeholders.
The role is placed at Ikano Banks office either in Malmö, Sweden or Glostrup, Denmark and reports to the Head of Service Management Unit.

Examples of tasks and areas of responsibilities
• Lead, manage and develop a team of 13 Service Managers
• Accountable for the business facing service area (fitness for purpose, performance, budget)
• Accountable of all the activities of Service Managers in the area
• Maintain development roadmap for the service area
• Accountable for financial management of the service area
• Represent the service area across the organization
• Serving as a point of escalation for major incidents that affect multiple services
• Working with continuous service improvement, development and ensuring that the service catalogue for the business service area is accurate and maintained
• Planning of personnel resources (Projects, StandBy & 2nd Level-Support)
• Supplier Management and contract realization
The right person is a natural leader and has a good understanding of IT service business delivery and processes. As a person you are a positive team player, communicative, structured and analytical. You have the ability to create good relationships across the organization and an interest for IT services, business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines.
Are you the one for Ikano?
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in IT Service Management / IT Support combined with experience of leading teams in a complex multivendor environment. You have skills in leading processes and work with continuous improvement. You have a university degree in technology, economics or similar sciences and Professional Certifications in relevant ICT Standards are a plus, in e.g. ITIL Enterprise IT Governance and project management.
