How to apply

THE SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process for the new incumbents of these roles is a two-fold one:

1 - Harvey Nash: Initial selection and qualification process

Atfer the identification process Harvey Nash will interview all suitable candidates for each role and assess them in terms of their competences and skills, knowledge and overall fit. During these interviews, potential candidates will be fully briefed on the structure, role, and objectives of Deutsche Post and the specific requirements of the particular position.

2 - Interviews with Deutsche Post

There will be at least 2 interviews of Deutsche Post for each candidate selected as suitable candidate for one of the roles, one with the Hiring Manager and one with the CIO Finance & HR. On request there will be further ones for those candidates who will get an offer from Deutsche Post. All interviews will take place in Bonn/Germany or for the BIT roles in Maastricht/Netherlands. Exceptions for candidates from other countries are possible.

Data Protection in Application Management

We attach great importance to the protection of personal data. Your data are processed in accordance with the relevant legal regulations on the protection of personal data and data security.

Your personal data will be used exclusively for application purposes and in accordance with the stipulations of the Federal Law on Data Protection (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BSDG). They will be stored in our application management system for the duration of the job posting. After that, data of external applicants and prospects will be available in the applicants' history section in the application management system for 18 months.

Applicants and prospects may withdraw their applicant and prospect profiles. In addition, applicants and prospects will receive an e-mail six months after their last login informing them that their data will be deleted unless they make a renewed login.

No personal data are passed on to third parties in the sense of companies outside the Group. Nonetheless, in the context of Group-wide personnel selection processes, your data may be made available to authorized personnel decision-makers and employee representatives of Deutsche Post World Net with a special duty of confidentiality.
