The candidates you hire will work immediately as an employee of your company with a contract of undetermined duration.

On a daily basis we speak to and meet both freshly graduated and experienced ICT / Engineering talent and we introduce them to their potential employers. ICT / Engineering recruitment is our core business and that is why you can trust us to guide the candidate through the recruitment process from A to Z.

We offer extra support through technical and personality / behavioural online testing. From our experience we will offer you our advice to choose the right way to find your new talent: this can be on a contingency / no-cure-no pay basis or via a more in depth and exclusive retained way of working.

If we work on a no cure no pay basis then our search for the right candidate doesn’t take longer than 4 weeks. Within this period we will contact everyone in our database that is eligible for the position. We do not headhunt. The job is posted online on our website and on many different job boards.

If we work on retained basis then our search for the right candidate takes between 8 and 10 weeks, this is to be determined in advance. Within this period we will contact everyone in our database that is eligible for this job and we will also actively headhunt.

We use additional channels like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. The job will also be posted on our website and on many different job boards.

  • Exclusivity of the candidate: we use only interested candidates for your function. (we do not present them elsewhere as long as they are in the running with you)
