Why did you choose to work for Harvey Nash? 
I liked the content of the job, I liked the spirit of the company and I immediately felt a positive vibe when meeting the colleagues. 

Describe Harvey Nash in 3 words. 
Team spirit, going the extra mile (if that counts as 1 word ), expanding / booming business 

What do you enjoy most about working for Harvey Nash?
The diversity of tasks, great client contact and the contact with candidates, the team I am working in. 

Would you recommend Harvey Nash to family and friends? 
Yes, I already did. I have friends who used to or are still working for Harvey Nash. 

How would you describe the atmosphere at Harvey Nash? 
The perfect balance between hard work and fun 

What is your current role? 
Resource Manager / Senior Recruiter / Associate Consultant) 

What does a typical day involve for you? 
I do not think any day can be described as typical. Every day is different: it can be about placements, arranging interviews, solving issues, negotiating about rates, but the most important thing is looking for the right candidate for the right job. I also try to make our resource meetings are as interesting as possible every time. 

What's the most unusual skill you've acquired so far? 
Euh,... you'd rather check with my colleagues, maybe they know  -> In my free time, I give Ju-jitsu trainings to kids from 8-12 years. 

What has been your biggest challenge so far? 
Every day is a challenge  

How is the contact with the person you are reporting to? 
Very good, otherwise it would have been impossible to work together for 6 years already  

What are your favourite websites? 
Linkedin and many other job boards. 

What was your childhood dream job? 
I think I always said as a kid, that I would become an engineer like my dad, without knowing what I meant 
