We are pleased to announce today the acquisition of Talent-IT, a Belgium based IT
recruitment & sourcing company. Talent-IT is headquartered in Antwerp and specialises
in providing clients with flexibly-working, highly skilled IT professionals for their
permanent or project based vacancies. Talent-IT's daughter company Team4Talent, that
specializes in .NET project sourcing, is included in this acquisition.
This acquisition marks another important step in the ongoing development of Harvey
Nash's portfolio of services across its most profitable geographic regions. The new
acquisition, when merged with our existing successful Harvey Nash business in Brussels
and Ghent, will establish us as the clear market leader in Technology recruitment,
sourcing and projects in the region.
