Selection
A thorough selection process of short-listed applicants is the best way to ensure success in the recruitment process. Candidates who fill the criteria of the job role during a telephone interviews will be invited for a personal interview with one of our recruiters. It is during this face to face interview that we conduct a series of rigorous tests to assess the suitability of the candidate for the job, and also how well they will fit well into the culture of the client. Only those candidates who fulfil the client’s specific and unique criteria will be presented to the client.
